What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am particularly fond of the PTO accrual rates. I currently get 5 weeks a year.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love that if I have a question, I can go to my leadership team and if they don't have the answer, they will find someone who does. You never have to navigate situations alone.
