Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The beginning was a bit of a rocky start as I walked into an office that had a LOT of clean up and lack of knowledge. Initially, the original RVP was absent and difficult to get a hold of. I did not feel I was set up for success. When the RVP changed, my job satisfaction went up 100%. I feel valued.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparent and invested in helping me and our team be successful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is truly a dream team who are motivated and passionate about patient care.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having clear expectations on my role and others' roles. I love our office and the people in it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

we are small but mighty. This team knows how to get things done and NEVER complains about the shifts in schedule.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Heather, Heather, and Nick are all approachable and easy to discuss any issues with. They allow me to speak without interrupting with "what I should have done".

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The trust and transparency are evident in their emails, discussions, leadership calls, and access to information for site leadership. The operations support specialists are such a value-added training for offices who need extra support.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone gets along and are team players. If an issue comes up staff come to me without hesitation to find a way to work around the situation they are in or to find out the best options.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with a company that truly values their employees by investing in them with training and resources. I also enjoy working with our team as each of them bring their own value and passion in their positions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I took a large pay cut for this position but enjoyed my interview immensely so made the switch. I believe the ED roles should by a minimum of 100k with increments up to 125k which is where I was prior.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I took a significant pay cut to come to LHC as I believed in their mission and vision. The ED position is undervalued and underpaid for the responsibility and job duties required. LHC needs to re-evaluate their site leadership salaries against FMV.
