A better annual salary increase that keeps up with cost of living, better salary for non clinical employees that competes with other companies in healthcare industry.
Valuing employees with pay and benefits that compete with other similar companies. Investment matching, yearly pay increases and salary are not good and well below average.
It all boils down to pay, 401K matching, annual salary increases and benefits. We lose more people to those four areas than anything else. Also productivity should be eased.
