I don't dread coming to work every day. There's room for improvement though; more pto, better pay and annual increases, more holidays, better communication, better training for your job duties. I do enjoy the actual JOB i do.

Seem to actually care about the patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity. Inclusion. All that is great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They mostly all care about the patients well being. They are in this field for the right reasons, minus one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to the same position in other companies. The paid time off time is the lowest I've had anywhere. Not many paid holidays either.
What makes you most happy at work?
Marking things off my to do list. Accomplishing big projects. Learning new things - I learn new stuff every single day. Doing well on surveys and mock audits.
