Communication between sales and opps needs to improve as well as mutual respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very interested in my success and supports me whenever I ask. She gets that fact that not every territory is the same and therefore helps me navigate my obstacles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A decent raise that would at least cover the cost of living increase. Every year for the past 3 years I was told that a 2% increase is all they are allowed to approve, and I think that is unjust.
