LHC Group is a wonderful place to work. I've been w the company for 13 years and will retire from this company. I have had many opportunities for advancement from ED to Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to PI Manager to Regional VP. Love all the resources this company has to offer.

The culture at LHC Group is a family-type culture. We like to have fun together and everyone has the same goal, to help our patients feel better and meet their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fun family-type environment. We all help each other out. We all respect the need for time off with family. Family comes first. It very flexible with flexible hours. I like making my own schedule.
