Focus on helping people and we have such a strong experienced clinical that loves their work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the commission package is lacking. We have such limits are what we get paid for and the amount paid per referral is far below standard commission compared to other home health in my area
