Our Comp plan could be better. We have one of the lower structures in the county

Some areas try to really work with you to get patients started and give them the care they need
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our AVP of sales is amazing. The AVP of OPs doesn't seem to care about anything and sweeps any issues brought to attention under the rug
