I started oitnwith a very positive experience but have learned that i am underpaid and undervalued for my edication and experience level compared to other companies and i do not feel that i have job security due to the merger.

Sales works very well together in sales efforts and generating new ideas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing account executives and supporting them in their roles. Reply to emails and texts. Provide relevent feedback. Have realistic goals and expectations.
