I love my job. I just am struggling with the fact that we no longer can accept pts that really need us due to outcomes. I'm not sure how i feel about these changes. I get it from a business perspective but from a personal one i don't like it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we do actually care about each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am responsible for the money i make, other than the fact anymore so much is turned down. This makes me feel out of control.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish there was better communication. I feel sales gets one message and ops gets a different message. Therr are not group calls so we all are on the same page. Messaging is very confusing. Upper management would do well to spend a cpuple of days in offices to actually see how they are run.
