The SVP seems to care but his hands are tied and we dont get supoort needed to be successful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Earning STI when we had staff to servcie patientes. If ops can not service patients MOM budgets shoukd be adjusted
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are patient advocates and do what they can to be successsful in a market were MOM we can't servcie referral volume
