My experience has bee and is very positive. Knowing that I can approach any situation and ask for assistance. If mistakes are made, solutions are offered which I believe makes for a positive work experience. My Manager is the best.

Support from managers. True friendships with co workers. Shared goals and care for those we serve.

The best thing is that we truly work as a team. Most of co workers are focused on our team goals and truly care about the patients we serve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Scouting for new referral sources is my favorite part of my job. I am most happy when I get to talk to people about the wonderful services we provide and how we can help their patients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I can ask questions or ask for help and know that my direct Mangers will give me answers and provide assistance. I also like that they take the time to listen and are extremely knowledgeable about my territory and the agencies that I work with. I like that they understand my job!!
