What makes you most happy at work?
I just love my job, my boss, and I have great co-workers. We all want to take care of more patients the best way possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our culture and the environment right now at our company. Just dont go to liberal or consertive to much. Please keep LHC/UHG neutral. LHC/UHG is big we can be fair and have a positive culture with out picking a political side. That is just my hope as we intergrate with UHG.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together when it comes down to we have the same goals. I try to involve everyone when it comes to meeting ADC/MCD budgets etc that helps everyone be on the same page and try to stay motivated so that the team does as well. We want to be the best agency LHC has.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love Tara Milham my RVP she is the best. She is always there for me when I need her and when I have questions she is always prompt with her answers. If she doesnt know something she always finds the answer for me. She is very knowledgeable though so its not to much that she has to reach out for.
