There literally is nothing positive, Not a single thing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are all frustrated every day by our management, which makes us all cranky
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received more PTO as a part time retail employee and my out of pocket healthcare costs quadrupled between this job and my last, which was a non-profit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The director of the customer connections department is incredibly unprofessional and regularly embarrasses people in the group chat. Our benefits are not worth the horrible work environment and there isn't enough PTO to reset from the stress of working under terrible management
