Most seem genuinely happy here and treat everyone with respect and think of most as family.

Age diversity which brings new ideas while still holding on to old ideas and what has been proven to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel seen and heard as an individual. They accept cultivated personal relationships and truly become part of one's family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am trusted by my leaders and co-workers to do what I do and my relationships with others, both professionally and personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only feel undervalued with my compensation given the FMV of others holding same positions outside of the organization. I am disappointed that my position is not allowed to hold the authority and additional responsibilities it could.
