Starting off it was amazing. A lot of promises and ways to move up. Since then, it is like I do not even exist at times.

The other team members are great!

Communication. My leader meets with me less than 10 times a year.

If something is needed I have endless team members that will help me achieve my needs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the market value of my same role i am not even at the minimum of the average.
