I have worked for LHC for 5 years and have worked in multiple different roles. I have been able to advance and change course to get to the career that fits best for me and my family. I am grateful for the mentors I have had throughout my time that have continued to teach and help me along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO after 5 years is very generous and fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to feedback and make changes to improve issues that the team may have. They don't just say they're going to do something; they immediately take action and show us how they're doing it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall, I work with a really great team. At times, there are members of our team that are quite negative, and it can be draining as someone who tries to remain positive. Especially because I love my job so much and feel there is little to complain about overall.
