Seeing my team succeed. Hearing about people exceling in their position and celebrating it!

We have an amazing group of people that strive to be the best that we can be. Talent and tenure everywhere!

Amazing group of people with ideas that are shared openly! I am new to the team and feel that I have been welcomed with open arms.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my EDs achieve their goals, successful hires and staff get through orientation and working with my team on projects and seeing processes put in to place with success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely care about you and one another. The resources that are available are amazing! My HR business partner and DP provide a caring, open and honest place to work and share thoughts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a remote worker but do often go in to offices and home offices. Each agency has a different culture, all striving to improve and better the employee experience. I am most excited that the agencies will be able to have their meetings in person, so that the field clinicians can engage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about me as a person and have invested in my success as a leader. I feel invested in daily and am growing being surrounded by people with the same missions and goals in mind. At the end of the day, we are all here for the same reason and that is to care for patients.
