It is one of the best companies I have worked at. It gives me a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. I can leave here knowing I have helped people and made a difference.

They are like family! We really do care about each other. We all step up when someone needs help.

Ot truely is all aboit helping people!!! I believe in our department (HR) we go above and beyond for everyone and do it joyfully and willingly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of volume and work with little pay. But the purpose of the reason we do what we do is what drives me.
