My salary is good, my benefits are excellent, not thrilled with the increase in the cost of my healthcare plan, really appreciate all that is offered with the benefits package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As large as this company has become it is still has a family feel to it. I know our CEO by first name and he is always friendly and approachable.

They have the interests of all of the employees at heart when making decisions. This has been especially true this year during the pandemic. Many of the decisions they have made were for the front line staff and that spoke volumes. They consistently show they care.

My team consistently strives to meet the goals of all of our pillars of excellence. They work hard to grow while ensuring the needs of all patients are met. They genuinely care about the patients and strive to be the best home care provider in their communityl
