Teamwork is really pushed, along with respect to other employees, patients, families, and vendors.

Transparency is a real thing at LHC Group. Goals are clear for all employees. They live the company's mission.

The people that I support and work with make everything better. Knowing that I am part of a bigger mission to help people is the best.

The team is transparent about our goals, successes, and struggles as a company and industry. It is also very clear what the mission of the company is and that all believe in it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is invested in one another. There is a true likeability and teamwork associated with my coworkers. There's not unhealthy competition among us like I have seen in other workplaces. And there is a general happiness in those that I work with.
