What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company truly thrives on our motto "It's All About Helping People!" and we do so with a smile on our face and are most always genuine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our compensation package is sufficient; however, for as large of a company as we are the health, vision, and dental benefits are fairly poor compared to other health groups in our area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team here in Compliance is exceptional. We are never left questioning and always given the appropriate education, guidance, and feedback. Even when constructive criticism is given, you almost feel like you just received a gift!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our compliance team is one big family. We lean and rely on one another to get through life - inside and outside of work. It makes getting up and coming to work so much easier when you love the people you work with daily.
