Everyone is willing to help each other, they are always a phone call away.

We celebrate birthdays, we celebrate success, we pray every morning for our patients, our team, our families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have my back, they work quickly if I am having problems and issues I can't resolve at a branch level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making sure our patients have everything they need to make them comfortable at the end of each day. And Succeeding! I love watching us grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My PCM is making as much as me, the director. Directors are very underpaid compared with other hospice companies. But I love this organization that's the reason I stay.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is great. Coming from Kindred at Home whose health insurance is extremely expensive and absolutely terrible it was a breath of fresh air knowing good insurance still exists for hone care agencies.
