Terribly run organization with no accountability. Management does not support employees, and threatens to fire people all the time. Evil Executive director even wants to fire our chaplain. He is the most moral person ever, but she is after him so he will be gone soon.

Pay me for hours traveled from home not from after the first visit of the day

we support eachother despite our evil executive director, manager and patient care manager who won't see patients
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop signing on people who don't qualify for hospice benefit. Even the Medical Director doesn't agree with the people we sign on, but the executive director over rules her
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive director spends all day shopping on amazon for her Florida house. It wouldn't surprise me if she used the company credit card to fund her purchases. She has NO integrity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be honest and stop signing on people who don't qualify so she gets her bonus. Executive director is sneaky and lies about everything. Management is lazy and won't even make a phone call if you need support
