Overall, my experience has been positive. Currently, there is insecurity of the future due to cutbacks and LHC selling out to Optum.

Getting my work done on time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is wonderful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is great to work with. Even though we work remotely, we communicate frequently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are good but the pay is a bit below average for my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment in the department I work in is good because my supervisor is always helpful and understanding.

My supervisor is the best. She is dedicated to making sure we have a work-family balance because life happens and it?
What are some of the best things about your team?
I rarely interact with any coworkers other than my supervisor. Working remotely makes it difficult to get to know my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department is remote and we rarely interact with coworkers other than monthly online meetings. There is minimal interaction between coworkers other than with our supervisor.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my work done on time. We are not allowed overtime and most days a lot of us have to clock out and keep working to get our assignments done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could make more money with other companies but LHC has decent benefits and my supervisor is the best. I value the flexibility of working from home and that out weighs the few extra dollars I could make somewhere else.
