Field staff has a pretty good rapport and bond between eachother

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To reinstate the pay that each therapist agreed upon when they were hired. To slash a therapist pay by the amount that some, including myself, were completed alters a household.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I continue to feel deeply betrayed by every person in leadership who made the decision to slash therapist pay and who make decisions to deny therapy visits to patients who need it citing PDGM as a reason.
