
Communication between field staff and office staff
Good insurance, decent pay, great PTO
better communication and responsibility for actions
Better communication better organization reward those that work iver productivity
please refer to previous comments, honestly this branch needs an overhaul
Acknowledge and appreciate those that go above improve communication amongst mngt and field staff
Extra pay for over productivity points as incentive to go above and pick up extra
I cant say that there is much positivity at the branch now. we have a fairly new director and administrator and both are poor communicators do not interact with the field staff employees (which are the ones providing most of the work) and have even been known to ignore federal regulations
