I have been very satisfied with my time at LHC and the support and from my peers and leaders has been solid. I wish for bigger career ladder but understand in my role that might be limited.

It truly is all about the people...both our patients and the employees.

I love my team for their professionalism and commitment to their duties. To their pleasant personalities and kind support we provide each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel our leadership team is in tune with all the staff. They are available and approachable to discuss any topic. And I feel they truly care about each person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel compensation is a slippery slope, and that many factors come into play that should be taken into consideration beyond just the job title. From region specific cost of living to sheer rev. vol managed to consistent STI performance being paid out.
