Overall, I would recommend LHC. They have been good to me and in my role. They have allowed me to grow my business without too much micro managing. Allowing my own creativity and drive to triple our book of business.

The best part is that we laugh a lot, appreciate the small things, and respect each other's role as a team member.

I feel like LHC doesn't stay stagnate, they are always introducing or trying new ideas to promote job satisfaction (contests, prizes, incentives).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that I have a decent base. With my base and bonus structure, I am able to make a good living for where I live. Very unusual in my part of the country.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Meeting the PPG portion of my job is very stressful and it doesn't feel good when I do not make my goal. I feel there are many factors out of my control, which my success is based. Contests are fun, but I don't always agree with pushing AE's to "win." It goes against why I do my job.
