Overall satisfied depending on supervisor you are working for makes a huge diference in the company. The last supervior i worked for was miserable, no work life balance at all, very cruel, demeaning.... the list goes on.....

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is the best, very concerned with my wellbeing not only as an employee but as a person as well. Very hard to come by now a days. Not many people especially supervisors care about their employees well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increase, been with company almost 15 years. I dont think my compensation has ever reflected my value as an employee or dedication for the years attributed and cost of living throughout the years when people hired were making more.
