If I have an issue my manager does what is needed to resolve it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I work with have the same goal, we are here for the patient’s. We go above and beyond. We don’t hesitate to help each other out. If someone is busy and needs help someone is there or if a patient
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When making after hours or weekend visits I feel I should get mileage from my home to patient and back, but the mileage from my home to office is deducted. There are times I get 0 miles for visits and drive 35-40 minutes one way. As salaried employee I get per visit rate and could put in 3 hours.
