Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was decreased significantly and everyone was made salary, plus each visit was worth less than previously. Plus we used to only be required one weekend on call a month with pay, now on call pay has been cut out and weekends are not just for ortho patients
