Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our office is small. LHC made a point to promote unexpectedly leaving employees unrecognized that have worked years beside the same person they promoted. They were given raises, bonus pay and made salary. You decided a team and made an office a hostile competition .
