I love my direct coworkers, team and branch and LOVE my patients. If not for all the above, I would be gone. I was with company before LHC bought us and everything has gone downhill since. More than 1/2 our AFAM team has left, just bc of LHC

It feels like everyone is disposable and so easy to replace

We are a diverse group that accepts and supports everyone. We get along and have fun

Our communication and support of each other. My direct team also is great at patient care and still trying to provide great care regardless of reimbursement or hipps code
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As a nurse insanely passionate about patient care, I don’t like how far LHC has strayed from providing good patient care and instead focus only on making money. In any healthcare setting, although money is necessary, it should never be the focus and putting everyone in
