They know how to ban together to get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication I have with my boss. Adam is fair, transparent, and easy to talk to. Best boss I have ever had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do, I think it's worth more then my current salary. It's a good salary, but I believe this position should have higher pay.
