I really enjoy my job and my direct coworkers. I just don't make enough money for it to be a sustainable situation.

making a difference in the field clinician days. The ability to assist with the patient care from inside the office.

The dedication of our field clinicians is top notch and it's obvious they really care. The laid back office vibe is awesome.

Dedication to our patients and their willingness to teach each other. The feeling of being a part of a true team.

The "team work" attitude that all my coworkers have. I never feel alone in my job. Everyone is always willing to help.

My new CD has changed the office environment in such a positive way. Working along side her and our PCM is. A great experience.

My direct manager is such a supportive person. Within our office we have a great team that cares about each other and our office's success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am earning far less here that my counterparts at other companies and our health insurance is far more expensive. My 2% raise in August does not even cover the rising cost of living. I can work almost anywhere and make what I am making with LHC.
