Watching people pass away peacefully with the family grieving appropriately and knowing that I helped facilitate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clinical chaplains are required to have a masters degree and several units of CPE beyond their masters degree. Not paid well for the amount of education a d clinical pastoral education we are required to have.
