The care they provide to patients is wonderful. The scheduling is terrible. Complaints go unheard. Expected to be available 24/7 to work. Management texts you 24/7. No work/life balance. Visit points are low compared to amount of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being scheduled over points or with too much travel automatically means unwanted over time every single day. It is tiring. And they dont allow you to be paid for reviewing charts before admits or calling patients.
