I enjoy my current job/position but the insurance benefits offered are very poor and their are no perks that this company offers compared to other company

More support from upper management to recognize and appreciate employees at the local office

My team is always willing to do whatever they need to complete tasks to provide the best care to our patients
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During COVID there was never any incentive offered for all employees who continued to work during the pandemic and if an employee was out of work related to COVID they had to use their personal PTO or go without pay and were not given the option to work from home like upper management.
