This has been my favorite job so far. I feel appreciated by my supervisors and coworkers. Leadership is great. I like that LHC sticks to professional ethics and as an employee, I'm not asked to bend the rules to accommodate others.

This has been my favorite job to date. I've never had a better boss, better work hours, shorter drive, or more positive work environment than that which I have here.

Prescription drug coverage, specifically for maintenance medications.

I have never worked for a company that makes patient care a priority like LHC. Our motto "It's all about helping people.", rings true. And that begins and ends with leadership.

Our manager truly has a heart for patients as well as our staff. She is fair, caring, supportive, and kind. She leads so that others onour team follow her example of excellence.

We are a work family. We share triumphs & tragedies, lean on one another, and celebrate together. I truly enjoy going to work every day, knowing it will be full of laughter and friendship.

I believe the culture at our company is positive and supportive. We are a team and everyone is a team player. If one needs help, someone steps in to assist. If one is sick, someone volunteers to cover for them.
