Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Aides have a hard job as it is. I find it pathetic that someone at Chick-fil-A earns more for making food than someone in the medical industry. I feel like aides should be making a minimum of $15-$17/hour.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work as a team. We are a family as well. When my grandpa died, one of my coworkers drove me to the hospice house to see him. Any time I need help all I have to do is ask.
