Our leadership team needs to be more engaged in actual work in the field and supportive versus looking for a checklist to be accomplished
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being changed from pay per visit pay scale to salary pay, less than a year after being hired, while continuing to be scheduled above my productivity target makes me feel undervalued. I also feel a faster PTO accrual rate would more fair, having to now use PTO only in 8 hr increments, being salary
