Meeting the patients and their families and working with our entire team to support our patients and families.

They listen, will actually go into the field to help and have a open door policy. The are positive and uplifting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Larger raises, higher rate of PTO to earn, better health insurance benefits that cover more with less deductible. Higher rate of matching retirement from 4% to 6% or higher.
