It is a fast-pace, busy work environment with a vast array of patients and needs. Never gets boring. Everyday is different.

I have enjoyed my 5 years at Elite. I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of patients and am grateful for that opportunity.

We communicate regularly and help each other any way we can. Very good working relationships!

We have a good working environment. Everyone gets along and keeps the work flow going great.

When my patients improve and are able to say they feel like we have helped them.

Medication coverage. But, it's hard to get prescriptions to the mail order pharmacy because they are not in the system in Arkansas.

We are a close-net team . We all communicate well and work together well. We are always willing to help each other.

Everyone is passionate about taking care of our patients and works hard to make sure the needs of our patients are met.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my patients recover from whatever ailment they may have had. Also, helping educate my patients so they better understand what is happening to them and why they are receiving the treatment they are getting.
