What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company has a vision and works toward the goal. Tech support is excellent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have occasion to drive miles on weekend or after hours. We are not compensated for that even if required to go. After hours and required visits should start from home. It office. For example this past Sunday I drove a total of 67 miles. It removes 43 total for office. That does not cover my cost.
