We help each other out o take care of the patients needs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have an annual raise. The small percentage we did receive was not even enough to cover cost of living increases, much less to really feel valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I’m not sure at this point. Pay cuts and now being told we are not getting raises. What an example that a multi million dollar home headquarters was built but they don’t seem to
