- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises are not keeping up with cost of living, so I make less than when I started. The leave/vacation policy is confusing and not very generous.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Adequate experienced staffing. Consistent decision making among the administrative staff along with careful consideration of all staff.
