Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises are not keeping up with cost of living, so I make less than when I started. The leave/vacation policy is confusing and not very generous.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Adequate experienced staffing. Consistent decision making among the administrative staff along with careful consideration of all staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?the company should invest in their staff and providing the equipment and staff needed to properly care for our communities
