My bosses and I love what I do. I love the fast pace environment it keeps me on my toes and I love the challenge. I love working with the public the patient and understanding customers make it worth while.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Dont serve expired food, and dont use nasty oil over and over again until its all been burnt away...

customers have often been having complaints about a mix of things but some like it here

our general manager and district manager need to be retrained properly again away from job site.

Faster weight lines, two dishers, two drive thru, and two lobby Two cooks and a manager with each person on busy days, headsets and drive thru speaker no one can hear or understand the customers requests

Help us please. All of our stuff is broken. This is from Dodge City. Send us someone who can actually help.

Under paid. If the pay were raised, today, to make it meet the cost of living; that would be helpful.
