What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I enjoy continued learning and Lowe's offers so many resources to all associates to learn more about everything from our internal business to external resources. They do a great job building out programs at Lowe's University as well.
What makes you most happy at work? The people - every person has a great story of how they got there, what they've accomplished and how they'll continue to grow. It's incredible humbling to know how many associates go out of their way to help fellow associates and our communities.
What did you like most about the interview process? The whole interview process is always nerve wrecking, however, with Lowe's it felt more like a personal conversation with a friend than anything else. The recruiter was always easy to talk to and answered my emails within a reasonable timeframe.
