They provided the worst relocation support and messed everything up adding so much stress to a move. The salary was lowballed and they wouldn't negotiate. I took the job expecting benefits and bonuses to help the financial struggles but they didn't. So disappointed with the attitude

People skills are poor, they put on a smile but there is no assistance or support from my manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation was lowballed, they wouldn't budge, I'm about 30% lower than average but Facebook recruited me and I have 2 decades of experience yet am now financially worse dues to the deceptive way they structure their salary offer
